In Traxis Hub terminology, a camera refers to a physical broadcast camera equipped with a broadcast lens. Traxis Hub can manage multiple cameras in a studio, regardless of their tracking technology.
📄️ Tracker
In Traxis Hub terminology, trackers refer to external sources that collect and transmit the location and orientation data of a tracked object.
📄️ Synchronization
In virtual production, precise synchronization across various devices and frame rates is essential.
📄️ Calibration
Lens calibration involves determining and applying the parameters that define how a lens refracts light and projects an image onto a camera sensor.
📄️ Service Mode
You can use Traxis Hub has with two different operational modes:
📄️ Simulators
Simulators must never be used in production environments.
📄️ Calibration Files (.CAL)
A calibration file is a standalone file that contains all the required information of your Rigid Body needs After calibratin is done, the .CAL file can be exported from OptiTrack Motive and then imported to Traxis Hub.
📄️ Profile Files (.motive)
*.motive files files are referred to as Profiles.
