Single-Talent Tracking
If you upgrade TRAXIS Talent Tracking from version 1.x to v2.0, caution is advised due to changes in the workflow. Under the new workflow, only individuals who enter the track region through a Talent Door will be tracked, while others will be considered Ghosts and will not be tracked.
If your license does not include the Multi-Talent feature, your operating workflow and user interface will be slightly different, but the process is nearly identical. The only thing you have to do is define a door and ensure that your talent enters the Track Region from that specific door.
